At Ganache, customer satisfaction is a priority. Due to the nature of food products, please note the following:

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • All food orders (desserts, chocolates, baked items) are non-returnable once delivered.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal preferences or change of mind.

2. Valid Cases for Refund or Compensation

We offer refunds or replacements only in these cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete order

  • Product is damaged upon delivery

  • Order not received within the expected delivery window

3. How to Request Compensation

  • Report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the order

  • Send a clear photo showing the problem via app, WhatsApp, or email

  • Management reserves the right to accept or decline the request after review

4. Type of Compensation

May include:

  • Resending the product

  • Partial or full refund depending on the case

  • Coupon for a future order
